Marketing Referral Manager
 

NativePath seeks an experienced Referral Manager to join our Marketing Team! Your sole focus will be on engaging and retaining loyal customers, incentivizing them to refer friends and family members, increasing Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and reducing churn. You will work closely with Retention and Acquisition Marketing to develop a holistic view of NativePath’s customers across their entire lifecycle. By truly understanding our core retained user segments, their pain points, and experience issues, you will develop scalable strategies to enhance engagement and grow NRR. Responsibilities:

  • Your sole focus will be on engaging and retaining loyal customers, incentivising loyal customers to refer their friends and family members, increasing NRR and reducing churn
  • This role requires a high degree of cross-functional collaboration to help deliver a seamless experience across sales-assisted and self-serve channels
  • Partner closely with Retention and Acquisition Marketing to develop a holistic view of NativePath’s customers across their full lifecycle
  • Truly understand NativePath’s core retained user segments, their pain points, experience issues, and develop scalable strategies to increase engagement, and grow NRR
  • Jointly own customer rewards KPIs and metrics; identify, size, and prioritize opportunities that reduce churn while developing strategies and programs that strengthen our barriers to exit
  • Provide regular updates to senior leaders for the monthly global retention forecast, trends, and strategies to drive retention
  • Monitor performance of customer incentive programs, generate data-driven hypotheses that inform strategies for journeys and campaigns, and identify areas for improvement in overall strategy
  • Continuously improve through an ongoing lifecycle experiment roadmap covering both short-term campaigns and long-term series, testing across incentives, creative, content, features, and cadence
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Experience, and Marketing to influence operational and product changes that drive customer retention
 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience creating scaled customer referral and incentive programs focused on driving customer retention and growth 
  • Experience designing, and cohorting customer facing marketing campaigns
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration with product marketing, brand and customer experience to build strong propositions and use testing to improve engagement with customers across their lifecycle
  • Ability to demonstrate valuable knowledge of lifecycle and channel marketing best practices, marketing technologies, and trends
  • Expertise with tools and capabilities regarding customer incentivizing and referral programs to inform design/build requirements, provide governance and ensure implementational excellence
  • Deep understanding on the concepts of user segmentation, personas, customer journeys, and lifetime value

  • 100% Remote
  • Monday-Friday (time and time zone, or flexible)

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks:

  • $75,000 - $85,000/hr/yr, and discretionary end-of-year bonus opportunity.

We are a bring-your-own-device company. All team members must supply their own:

  • Computer - PC or MAC with broadband internet and at least 16GB of RAM.
