Email Operations Specialist (Remote)
 

NativePath seeks a highly organized, health-conscious, and analytical Email Operations Specialist to join our Retention Team! You will be responsible for designing email production flows and carrying out email campaigns, all from the comforts of your home. You’ll work alongside a talented retention marketing team to generate a feedback loop between campaign results and the company's creative assets, execute a high volume of email campaigns, and report on existing ones. Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day operational tasks to support email marketing programs
  • Proposing email strategies, optimizations, and campaigns that drive earnings and increase KPIs
  • Contributing analyses, insights, recommendations, and experiments that drive substantial improvement to email performance, LTV, and customer engagement
  • Track key engagement metrics (deliverability, opens, clicks, unsubscribes) and report on email campaign results, highlighting successes, trends and opportunities
  • Optimize campaign details such as subject lines and other creative content
  • Analyze and report data on prior campaigns and provide ideas and recommendations for future optimization
  • Build, schedule, and optimize daily email campaigns, lifecycle flow campaigns, customer journeys, re-targeting, etc. in collaboration with managers, designers, and other colleagues
  • Collaborate with managers and colleagues to create and implement test hypotheses and strategies, including customer segmentation, A/B multivariate testing, etc
  • Help with creation and management of campaigns across complementary channels, including mobile push, SMS, and social media
  • Support the segmentation strategy, cadence, sequencing and dynamic content rule/logic for all email efforts.
  • Develop list segmentations and ensure data extracts for email deployments are accurate. Test and QA all email deployments regularly.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience in email marketing
  • Ability to set up & analyze results of campaigns, flows, and A/B testing
  • Knowledge of integrations and dynamic content
  • Platform experience with Klaviyo, CheckoutChamp, PostScript is a plus

  • Ability to effectively prioritize the most impactful and important work
  • Knowledge of marketing funnel, customer purchase journeys, and consumer behavior patterns
  • Aptitude to think outside-the-box to solve problems and improve processes
  • Passionate about gathering, analyzing and leveraging performance data to both identify optimization and new opportunities for growth.
  • Careful attention to detail without sacrificing deadlines; the right candidate will be able to juggle several, sometimes conflicting deadlines
  • Work with an analytical, inquisitive, innovative, and growth mindset
  • SMS Program experience/certifications a Plus
  • Knowledge of marketing funnel, customer purchase journeys, and consumer behavior patterns
  • A self-learner/entrepreneurial mentality

  • 100% Remote
  • Monday-Friday 8-5 ET

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks:

Technology:

We are a bring-your-own-device company. All team members must supply their own:

  • Computer - PC or MAC with broadband internet and at least 8GB of RAM.
